Bryn Blankinship, CMHt, CI (pronounced Bren) is an award-winning Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Int’l Instructor and Author, specializing in transpersonal hypno-regression and clinical hypnosis for personal growth and transformation. She is the creator of Soul Expression Spiritual Regression© (SESR) which she writes about in her book "The Limitless Soul: Hypno-Regression Case Studies into Past, Present & Future Lives." Discovering the power of hypnosis and meditation while an actress working in commercials and film at the professional level, Bryn used hypnosis as a way of removing boundaries, opening new doors in her career and for self-healing. She found it to be a wonderful tool for calming the mind, relaxing the body and freeing “the instrument” allowing the “character” to emerge. She has taught internationally and her certification courses in the USA draw an international student base to them.
Bryn is also the Executive Director of the Braithe Center, and has served as an IACT-approved Hypnosis Instructor with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT) since 2009. She developed and teaches HypnoSkillsets© Basics and Mastery, Past Life HypnoRegression© and the HypnoBridge Process© .
Her courses are also approved by The Michael Newton Institute's™ Alliance Training Program (TNI) offering a fast-track for students wishing to take Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression to further their training. Dr. Newton is best known for his ground-breaking books “Destiny of Souls”, “Journey of Souls” and his final book, “Memories of the Afterlife”. Bryn was certified in Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy in 2003.
Bryn is the 2014 recipient of the Peggy Newton Award for Outstanding Service. She sat on the original Board of The Newton Institute and served as VP/Director of Membership from 2005-2012 and as an In'tl Lead Instructor since 2005. She worked with Dr. Newton and the other boardmembers to create and implement core procedures and protocols for TNI. During this time, she also served on the Education Committee developing training materials for TNI’s Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression training program.
